Cadets must reside in Academy barracks during the three-year period of instruction and receive pension, transportation, clothing, and other allowances as provided by law. The Chief of Constabulary may authorize vacations up to 30 days with pay and allowances.

Cadets who satisfactorily complete the three-year course shall be graduated and appointed officers of the Philippine Constabulary in the lowest commissioned grade or any other armed force of the Government in order of their final class standing.
