MIA MARINA Advisory No. 2012-02

: A fee of Php 175, inclusive of documentary stamp tax, shall be collected to cover the cost of security paper.
: The advisory was signed by Emerson M. Lorenzo, CESO V, the MARINA Administrator.
: The advisory took effect immediately after its publication once in a newspaper of general circulation.
: License holders must present supporting documents required under MARINA Circular No. 170 or those documents which they previously presented to MARINA that were the basis of the issuance of their license.
: The fee covers the cost of security paper used for the license document.
: The licenses bear the scanned signature of the MARINA Administrator.
: It amends MARINA Advisory Nos. 2011-11 and 2011-12.
: It applies to all holders of the MAP, MIP, BC, and MDM licenses subject to the advisory's provisions.
: The advisory must be published once in a newspaper of general circulation before taking effect.
