DENR Administrative Order No. 99-29 streamlines the implementation of the Community-Based Forest Management Strategy by eliminating the need for endorsements from local government units and agencies, while emphasizing coordination to enhance sustainable forest development and poverty eradication.

It amends DENR Administrative Order No. 96-29 which prescribes the rules and regulations for the implementation of Executive Order No. 263, also known as the Community-Based Forest Management Strategy (CBFMS).
