: City Ordinance No. 8427 amends Section 2.a of Ordinance No. 7755 and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, as amended.
: The loading and unloading areas of Barangay 199 Zone 18 Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc. including Pilar a Hermosa going to Abad Santos LRT Station and Pilar a Hermosa going to Juan Luna.
: The Route Measure Capacity (R.M.C.) specifies the number of tricycle units authorized for operation within a route, which in this case is 60 units for Barangay 199 Zone 18 Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, Inc.
: The authorized route line is via Pilar Street, Hermosa Street, LRT Station Abad Santos Avenue, back to Pilar Street, Hermosa, Juan Luna, Gagalangin, and vice versa.
: The ordinance was approved on October 22, 2015.
: If any part or provision of the ordinance is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the rest of the ordinance remains effective and enforceable.
: Any local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this ordinance are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
: This ordinance takes effect immediately upon its approval.
