Manila City Ordinance No. 8441 amends Section 2.a of Ordinance No. 7755 and Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871.
The loading and unloading area of El Pueblo Condominium Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (EPCTODA) located at Anonas Street in Barangay 630, Zone 63, Sta. Mesa, Manila near El Pueblo Condominium is included.
The ordinance authorizes 50 units for the El Pueblo Condominium Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (EPCTODA).
The authorized route line of operation begins at Anonas Street near El Pueblo Condominium, then proceeds to Teresa Street, PNR Station, Pureza LRT Station, Jasmin Street, Nagtahan Boulevard, Stop and Shop, and vice versa.
The ordinance takes effect upon its approval on November 26, 2015.
The ordinance was enacted by the City Council of Manila in a regular session.

All other local laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with Ordinance No. 8441 are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
