EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 293-A

: The main purpose of Executive Order No. 293-A is to amend Executive Order No. 293 by excluding Channels 9 and 13 from its scope and coverage and to place these channels under the direct control and supervision of the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG).
: The Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG) retains direct control and supervision over Channels 9 and 13.
: SADA was created to formulate and implement a program for the disposition of assets transferred to it by the PCGG, as established by Executive Order No. 286.
: It amends Executive Order No. 293 by excluding Channels 9 and 13 from its scope and coverage.
: Executive Order No. 149 transferred the Sequestered Assets Disposition Authority (SADA) to the PCGG.
: Executive Order No. 293-A takes effect immediately upon its approval.
