The original survey was done on 09 April 1940 and was reaffirmed or re-executed by Geodetic Engineer Lawrence L. Espinol on 07 October 2015, establishing the precise technical description and boundaries of the land.
Republic Act No. 7916 is commonly known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995.
