: It is an Act providing for one additional judge for the Second Judicial District to preside over the Court of First Instance of Mountain Province, amending Sections 50 and 52 of the Judiciary Act of 1948.

: It ensures the proper distribution and assignment of judicial resources to cover all areas within the Second Judicial District efficiently.
: The Act took effect upon its approval on June 17, 1967.
: Yes, sums necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act are authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
