Organization of Manila Metropolitan Police

Act No. 70 establishes the Metropolitan Police Force of Manila, consisting of three companies, to enforce the law and maintain peace and order in the city and neighboring towns, with members selected from American Volunteer soldiery serving in the Philippines and receiving monthly salaries in US currency.
