In Mary Lou Geturbos Torres v. Corazon Alma G. De Leon (G.R. No. 199440, January 18, 2016), petitioner Mary Lou Geturbos Torres served as Chapter Administrator of the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC), General Santos City Chapter.
