Facts:
On April 19, 2017 at around 10:00 p.m., Bejan Mora Semilla, a jeepney driver, collided head-on with the tricycle of Johann Gruber Fuchs, Jr. along the National Road in Barangay Bangbang, Gasan, Marinduque, causing severe injuries that led to Johann’s death on April 22, 2017.
