In Letlet Carpio v. People of the Philippines (G.R. No. 211691, April 28, 2021), petitioner Letlet Carpio and her sister Abadieza Gabelino were charged on September 27, 2007, in the Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) of Toril, Davao City, with illegal discharge of firearm under Article 254 of the Revised Penal Code.
