: The total area declared reserved is 17.6 hectares.
: The land is apportioned into: a) Air Transportation Office Employees Housing - 2.5 hectares, b) Government Institutions and Facilities - 4.1 hectares, and c) Housing for Government employees and Urban Poor - 11.0 hectares.
: The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR)-Regional Office IV-CALABARZON, in coordination with the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), shall supervise the boundary and subdivision survey.
: The Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) chairs the Inter-Agency Committee.
: Republic Act No. 730 in relation to the provisions of C.A. No. 1412, as amended, governs the disposal of the area reserved for housing site purposes.
: The City Government of Lucena shall be responsible for the boundary survey of the portion of the proclaimed area for housing purposes and shall prepare the development plan of the area reserved for government institutions and facilities.
: Yes. Parts of the area being used or earmarked for public or quasi-public purposes shall be excluded from such disposition.
: The intended purposes include space for open areas, parks, playgrounds, barangay hall, school site, roads, and alleys for the convenience of residents.
