The Cebu Port Commission's revised policy establishes new free storage periods for domestic cargoes, specifying one to two calendar days for various types of cargo after discharge or prior to vessel arrival, effective fifteen days post-publication.

The new free storage period for incoming breakbulk/bulk cargoes is one (1) calendar day after the day the cargo is discharged from the carrying vessel.

The free storage period for outgoing breakbulk/bulk cargoes is two (2) calendar days prior to the day the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive.

The free storage period for shut-out breakbulk/bulk cargoes is two (2) calendar days after the vessel's departure.

The free storage period for in-loaded containers is one (1) calendar day after the day the container is discharged.

The free storage period for in-empty containers is one (1) calendar day from the day of discharge.

The free storage period for out-loaded containers is two (2) calendar days prior to the scheduled day of the carrying vessel's arrival.

Stripped containers have a free storage period of one (1) calendar day after stripping.

The free storage period for shut-out containers is two (2) calendar days after the vessel's departure.

Loaded containers coming from outside the port areas have a free storage period of two (2) calendar days prior to the day the carrying vessel is scheduled to arrive.

The circular takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
