Lot 2 contains an area of 1,304.40 square meters, more or less.
The points referred to in the plan are marked on the ground by P.L.S. (Professional Land Surveyor) cylindrical concrete monuments, with bearings true and variable declination, based on the survey conducted on August 17 and 22, 1953.
Proclamation No. 419 was signed by Elpidio Quirino, then President of the Philippines, indicating the formal amendment of Proclamation No. 389 with the new technical descriptions and boundaries.
