Named highway (covered road segment)
- Section 1 names the Linamon-Matungao-Baloi National Road as the Metro Iligan Regional Agro-Industrial Center (MIRAIC) Highway.
- The named road traverses Barangays Samburon, Magoong, Purakan and Busque in the Municipality of Linamon, Province of Lanao del Norte.
- The named road also traverses barangays Batangan, Pangi, Poblacion and Puntod in the Municipality of Matungao.
- The named road further extends through barangays Basagad, Pacalundo, Matampay and Bulao in the Municipality of Baloi.
Implementation by government agencies
- Section 2 requires the Department of Public Works and Highways to issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement Republic Act No. 11050.
- Section 2 places the implementation responsibility on the Department of Public Works and Highways for practical execution of the highway naming.
