    • Section 3(b)(4): Monitor and manage implementation of QC-CBD subprojects in accordance with the approved Master Development Plan.
    • Section 3(b)(5): Vest responsibility and power in the Chairmen to ensure agreements for implementing the Master Development Plan conform to the National Government’s overall developmental thrusts.

Socialized housing fund requirement

  • Section 4 requires that all revenues representing the share of the National Housing Authority as land owner of properties within the QC-CBD area—arising from sale, lease, joint venture, and other schemes—shall be used solely for Socialized Housing Programs.
