Conversion and school identity
- Section 1 converts Aloran National High School into a national trade high school.
- Section 1 names the converted institution the Aloran Trade High School.
- Section 1 makes the conversion effective as part of the Act’s legislative mandate, subject to the Act’s effectivity rule in Section 3.
Operating funding: initial release and future inclusion
- Section 2 provides that PHP 100,000 is funded for the operation of the school.
- Section 2 directs that the initial PHP 100,000 shall be funded out of appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
- Section 2 requires an additional amount corresponding to 50% of the school’s budgetary aid actually paid to it before the conversion.
- Section 2 orders that the school’s operation funding shall be released for operation from the national assistance fund to local schools.
- Section 2 mandates that after the initial funding period, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
