It converts the Aloran National High School in Aloran, Misamis Occidental into a national trade high school, to be known as the Aloran Trade High School.

One hundred thousand pesos (P100,000) for the operation of the school.
From the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
An additional amount corresponding to fifty percent (50%) of its share in the budgetary aid actually paid before the conversion.
The national assistance fund to local schools.
Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
