The facts in this case are sent forth in United States vs. Apostol (14 Phil. Rep., 92). Defendant was sentenced to four months of arresto mayor, with accessories, inasmuch as the injured party recovered within twenty-five days. No damages allowed as they were not demanded and no expense was incurred for treatment. Judgment affirmed.
